​Products on our website will allow you to 'add the product' to your basket to purchase.

However, occasionally the product may be 'out of stock' due to selling out quickly to in store customers.

If the product is 'out of stock' when we process your order, we will contact you and discuss whether you would prefer a full refund or wait for the product to be back in stock.

Most products arrive back in stock within 3-5 working days. Some may require longer or be discontinued.

If you are unsure or have a particular time scale for a product please first contact us through our 'contact us' page and we will respond as soon as possible.
